Description of Services
On most Residential and Resort development projects, market studies are done to identify and evaluate the potential target clientele. Based on these studies, “ARI” will provide an identification of services and amenities needed to implement a complete package. ARI will also provide the guidelines to implementation and the related financial projections from construction costs to FF&E procurement, Interior Design, etc… The study also identifies “Red Flags” or inherent problems to the operation of the resorts.

ARI will work with Master Planning architects to create the best physical layout for the complex. Considerations are given to integration of the various components of the complex and traffic flow but also anchoring the Master Plan on a sound: Mission Statement.

The coordination of the implementation of any project requires an overview of the global impact of the project which includes the Real Estate development but also the integration of all the services proposed. ARI will provide that service.

Fully integrated resorts as well as Residential Communities include hotel and restaurant services. ARI will be the consulting arm for the “principals” of the project in determining what best types of hotels and F&B services to choose to harmonize with the Mission Statement of the project. ARI will also be able to act as “Asset Manager” on behalf of principals in negotiation of subcontracts and on-going supervision of management contracts.

Spa and Wellness Centers Design
ARI in collaboration with “Aspen Spa Management” will design specific Wellness and Spa programs to fit the dedicated markets. ARI and ASM will be able to deliver “Turn Key” projects: from concept design to architectural and interior design, FF&E identification and procurement, staff selection and training and even Management Assistance Contracts.

FF&E Identification & Procurement
ARI has a “Distributor at Large” status with most equipment manufacturers. ARI will be able to identify the best equipment needed for each project and make it available to its clients at discounted prices. Criteria for selection are based on: style, reliability, maintenance requirements and best price/quality ratios.

ARI and its alliance partners “Executive Search International” will set up the criteria for staff selection for the Hospitality, F&B and Health-Wellness-Spa requirements and proceed to pre-select and select ideal staff for the project.

Training is particularly necessary in the Health-Wellness-Spa Industry today. Most schools offering training in the skills required are for the most part obsolete and are not adapted to today’s industry demands. ARI with ASM will provide all necessary training.

ARI does not offer full management contracts but makes available to their clients: Management Assistance contracts and Audits. These contracts are usually for periods of 2 to 3 years and enable the in-house management to develop its own management style within the realm of a specific operations mode that includes the integration of multiple services.
